Our Custom Baby Proofing Configurator is an easy-to-use tool that helps you identify exactly what you need to baby proof your home. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or updating your home for a growing toddler, this step-by-step guide is designed to take the stress and guesswork out of the process.

Follow the steps below to start your personalised baby proofing journey:

Step 1: Start the Configurator

Click on “Proof My Home” to begin. You’ll be guided room by room through your home, with helpful prompts and suggestions at every stage.

Step 2: Select Room

Choose the room you want to baby proof, such as:

• Living Room
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• Laundry

When selecting a room, you may be asked how many of that room type you have (e.g., selecting “Bedrooms” will prompt you to choose whether you have 1, 2, or more bedrooms).

Step 3: Choose Categories and Sub-Categories

Once you’ve selected a room, scroll down to view Categories and Sub-Categories of safety products relevant to that space. Select the ones that suit your needs to see product suggestions you can add to your summary.

Product examples may include:

• Safety gates
• Cabinet locks
• Corner and edge protectors
• Outlet covers
• Appliance latches

Step 4: Navigate the Configurator

Click the “Next” or “Previous” buttons to move between rooms, or use the Progress Dots at the top to quickly jump between steps.

You can complete all rooms or just the ones relevant to your home.

When you’re finished reviewing all rooms, choose “No” when asked if you’d like to add products for another room, then click “I’m Finished”.

Step 5: Finalise Your Plan

Once you’ve completed your selections, you can:

• Download your personalised PDF checklist to use as a reference
• Add all selected products directly to your cart for a fast, convenient checkout
• Or do both if you’d like to save your plan and order now

Step 6: Complete Your Order

After adding items to your cart, proceed through our secure checkout. Your products will be packed and shipped promptly, so you can start creating a safer home straight away.
