Orders & Returns

At Baby Proofers, we aim to make your ordering and returns process as easy and worry-free as possible. We partner with trusted suppliers and delivery providers to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition and that you have flexibility in the rare event something isn’t quite right.

Placing an Order

Ordering from our online store is simple. Once you’ve found the products you need, proceed to checkout where you can pay securely using one of our accepted payment methods. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately at info@babyproofers.com.au. We can’t guarantee modifications after your order has been processed.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled, but you may still return them in line with our returns policy below.

Returns Policy

We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

A return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email info@babyproofers.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions and any return authorisation required.

Please note:

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless the item is unopened and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue and process your claim quickly. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed using your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered under manufacturer warranty. If you believe your product is faulty and within its warranty period, please contact us for assistance and we will guide you through the claim process.
